The Role
You will lead on:
● Strategic financial planning and budget management
● HR, administration, IT and operational systems
● Premises, health and safety compliance
● Governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
● The leadership and development of support teams
This role requires strategic oversight alongside strong, hands-on operational leadership in a
busy and ambitious school environment.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
● Has strong experience in business or financial leadership, ideally within a school or
similarly complex organisation
● Holds a relevant qualification (or is willing to work towards one)
● Thinks strategically and can translate vision into sustainable, effective systems
● Is highly organised, detail-oriented and fully able to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment — this is essential

Salary & Benefits

Salary from £52413 to £54495 per year
